The story
A cartographer leads a winter expedition to finish her late father’s map — and redraws the borders of her own life.
Dr. Wren Halliday has spent her career finishing other people’s maps. When her father’s unfinished survey of the northern meridian comes to light, she assembles a small, stubborn team and walks into the white spaces he left behind.
Shot on location over five high-altitude weeks, the film mixes expedition footage with Halliday’s hand-drawn charts. Marlowe trained in crevasse rescue and navigation, and drew every map seen on screen.
